Cardenas Real Estate Gran Canaria wins Bellevue Best Property Agent 2009
Cardenas Real Estate wins after 2006, 2007, 2008 now as well in 2009 the prestigious Bellevue Best Property Agents award.
The aim of the Bellevue Best Property Agents initiative is to support and encourage the highest of standards within the real estate industry, throughout the world.
Their logo conveys the same message wherever you see it, whether it’s on the Internet or on an estate agents wall – it says exceptional quality.
This award is only valid for one year. Best property agents need to continuously prove their worth as they are reassessed at the end of it, for further certification.
If there are any material irregularities or justifiable complaints about the agent, Bellevue will immediately remove the agent from the list, and to forbid use of the logo.
Bellevue are continually looking for professional, trustworthy agents and developers, in order to enhance their list and ultimately make the whole buying and selling process easier for both buyer and seller.

If golf is your game, then Gran Canaria is the place to be, there are 8 courses to choose from, all perfect for professionals and keen amateurs alike. The oldest golf club in Spain, Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas, formed in 1891, is at the cutting edge of the modern game, and has just staged the Copa de la Reina womens tournament.
An international line up battled it out, leaving French professionals Lucie Andre and Rosanna Crepiat to contest the grand final. Lucie Andre emerged as the overall winner, but once again Gran Canaria was able to prove its worth as a major golf venue.
If you decide to rent or buy property in the south of Gran Canaria, you will be glad to know that there are 4 courses to choose from, all in easy reach of the main tourist zones. Anfi Tauro Golf Mogan is close to Playa Mogan and Puerto de Mogan, Salobre Golf and Resort is set in San Bartolome de Tirajana, the biggest of all the course with 27 holes soon to become two 18 hole courses. Maspalomas is a hot bed for the sport with Meloneras Golf and Maspalomas Golf, both a short chip from the rolling sand dunes and wide beaches that make the area so popular.
Cardenas Real Estate have watched the golf course and other facilities grow in the south and are expertly placed to advise you where to enjoy the best mix of sun and sport.
