Having grown up in the Real Estate business it was inevitable that Carolina Garcia Chagrin would take over as Managing Director of Cardenas Real Estate from her father, Antonio Garcia de Cardenas, upon his retirement in 2004. Having studied in Madrid and Germany, she specialized in European Business Studies and is fluent in several languages including Spanish, English, German, Norwegian and French.

After graduating from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Daniel Garcia Chagrin, who also studied Law in Las Palmas and Granada, went on to do a postgraduate course in Tax Law. It was a natural progression for him to join the family company and ultimately provides legal and tax support and advice for the company and the company’s clients. Fluent in several languages including Spanish, English, German and French and a good knowledge of Norwegian.

Educated in Germany, Ramon Sanchez Bruhn speaks Spanish and German as his mother tongues. He also has a good knowledge of Norwegian as well as being fluent in English. Possessing a university degree in IT coupled with experience in the banking sector, it is these attributes that he brings to Cardenas Real Estate together with a number of years of experience in Gran Canarias real estate sector.
